Submit Proof of Food Recovery Compliance

Note: Submitting proof of compliance will, if approved, prevent future violations; it will not “clear” prior or existing violations unless the provided evidence indicates compliance prior to the date on a violation letter or inspection report.

Upload a copy of each written contract or agreement you have with Food Recovery Organization(s) and/or Service(s). If the site does not generate any surplus edible food, upload a copy of documented food waste prevention practices (such as: a description of practices utilized in normal operations to minimize surplus food from being generated, or an employee donation policy.

Upload at least one recent record of the type, frequency, and pounds of food donated to Food Recovery Organizations/Services, distributed to staff or individuals. 

(Note: Be sure to continue to keep monthly records for futures inspections.)
